Part 285. Rules of the Board

This part as promulgated prior to codification into the Code of Arkansas Rules provided as follows:

"ARTICLE 22. EFFECTIVE DATE
The rules shall be adopted and take effect as provided by the Administrative Procedures Act on June 1, 2022."
