Part 130. Rules Pertaining to Lead-Based Paint Activities
This part as promulgated prior to codification into the Code of Arkansas Rules provided as follows:
"(a) Authority
The following rules of the Arkansas Board of Health are adopted pursuant to the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Act of 2011 (Ark. Code Ann. § 20-27-2501 et seq.) hereinafter referred to as the Act. These rules shall be known as the Rules Pertaining to Lead-Based Paint Activities.
(e) Effective Date of Rule
This rule is effective October 28, 2024."
"CERTIFICATION
This will certify that the Rules Pertaining to Lead-Based Paint Activities were adopted by the State Board of Health of Arkansas at a regular session of said Board held in Little Rock, Arkansas on the 25th day of April, 2024.
