        11 CAR § 25-118. Replacement of prosthesis.

        Where a prosthesis (glasses, dentures, artificial limbs, etc.) is damaged or destroyed as a result of an on-the-job accident, the employer or insurance carrier shall bear the expense of repair or replacement of the prosthesis, even though the employee does not receive a physical injury in the accident.

Replacement of prosthesis.</span></p><p class="cs1C6C117C"><span class="cs717C1F">        Where a prosthesis (glasses, dentures, artificial limbs, etc.) is damaged or destroyed as a result of an on-the-job accident, the employer or insurance carrier shall bear the expense of repair or replacement of the prosthesis, even though the employee does not receive a physical injury in the accident. </span></p>

This section as promulgated prior to codification into the Code of Arkansas Rules provided as follows:
