16 CAR § 10-101. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) “ADC” means commitment to the Division of Correction;
(2) “AS” means alternative sanctions and includes:
(A) Probation, both supervised and unsupervised;
(B) Suspended imposition of sentence;
(C) Work on service programs coupled with or without subdivision (2)(A) or (2)(B) of this section;
(D) Local jail time up to the maximum authorized by law as a condition of subdivision (2)(A) or (2)(B) of this section; and
(E) Community correction programs as defined and provided by the Board of Corrections or by local courts as conditions of subdivision (2)(A) or (2)(B) of this section; and
(3)(A) “CCC” means community correction center, multipurpose facilities encompassing security, punishment, and services such that offenders can be housed therein when necessary but can also be assigned to or access punishment programs and services that are housed there.
(B) Included therein are:
(i) Revocation centers;
(ii) Restitution centers;
(iii) Work release centers; and
(iv) Community correction centers.
