        16 CAR § 11-101. Applicability.

        (a) Eligibility for earned release credits pursuant to this part is subject to requirements set forth in the Arkansas Code.

        (b) In the event this part conflicts with the Arkansas Code, any restrictions or limitations on eligibility for earned release credits shall be based on statute.
