17 CAR § 285-403. License renewal — Other charges — Refunds.
(a) Biennial license renewal:
(1) Engineer, eighty dollars ($80.00);
(2) Engineer intern, ten dollars ($10.00);
(3) Surveyor, sixty dollars ($60.00);
(4) Surveyor intern, ten dollars ($10.00); and
(5) Certificate of authorization, one hundred dollars ($100).
(b) License renewal late penalty:
(1) Fifty percent (50%) of renewal fee amount, one (1) to sixty (60) days after renewal date; and
(2) One hundred percent (100%) of renewal fee amount, sixty-one (61) days to two (2) years.
(c) Other charges:
(1) Reinstatement from inactive status, 17 CAR § 285-306, one hundred dollars ($100);
(2) Reinstatement from nonrenewed status, 17 CAR § 285-306, one hundred dollars ($100);
(3) Returned check, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
(4) Temporary license, one hundred fifty dollars ($150); and
(5) Replacement license certificate, five dollars ($5.00).
(d) Refunds.
(1) There will be no refunds for application fees unless the refund request comes immediately after payment and before State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors staff has begun processing the application.
(2) Other than as specifically provided for in 17 CAR § 285-402(b), examination fees shall be refunded or credited to the next exam cycle only when the fee is paid at the time of application and the application is not approved.
(3) There will be no refund of full or partial license renewal fees.
