        2 CAR § 20-102. Continuing education.

        (a) Minimum forty (40) hours every two (2) years.

        (b) Continuing education hours must be:

                (1) State Plant Board- or designee-approved;

                (2) Certified Crop Advisers;

                (3) National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants; or

                (4) A combination of the above.

        (c) Credit hours determined by agenda for each meeting.

        (d) At least twenty (20) hours must be earned from in-state, Arkansas, meetings.

        (e) Out-of-state meetings will be accepted if approved by the Certified Crop Advisers or the National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants.

        (f) The board may request each individual to submit verification of meetings attended.
