        2 CAR § 20-104. Out-of-state consultants.

        (a) You must have a minimum of five (5) years’ of work as a consultant in Arkansas in order to be grandfathered if you are an out-of-state resident.

        (b) Must provide a notarized document from your grower or growers/employer or employers.

        (c) The grandfather clause is only during the first year of Acts 2005, No. 857.
