        2 CAR § 152-101. Definitions.

        As used in this part:

                (1) “Commercial commuter agreement” means authorization from the Department of Agriculture to import hogs into Arkansas;

                (2) “Commercial production swine” means swine for which a management plan has been approved by the Department of Agriculture; and

                (3) “Transitional production swine” means those swine that are captive or swine that have reasonable opportunities to be exposed to feral swine.
