        8 CAR § 173-111. Severability.

        If any provision of this part or the application thereof to any person, event, or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this part which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end, the provisions of this part are declared to be severable.
